Hello. I grew up in Kansas, spent a few years ski bumming in Colorado and New Mexico, worked as an urban planner in such far-flung locales as Belfast, Northern Ireland and Washington, D.C., and finally came to ground in Northampton. My wife and I owned and operated the original La Cazuela Restaurant in Northampton for 18 years, then sold it in 2001 to a long time cook. We've taken root amidst this collection of endearing communities that each has its own appeal. And, yes, I still love to ski and can make a mean Margarita when the occasion calls for it.

An important part of my life is how a home is part of a larger community. My community involvement has included serving on the boards of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Hampshire County and CISA (Community Involved in Sustaining Agriculture) as well as committee work for the Downtown Business Association, Northampton Chamber and River Valley Market food cooperative.

Now I put this love of home and community to work to help people with buying or selling their home. My goal is to find the best fit possible between real people and real homes.
