Mark Carmien

Mark enjoyed a successful career as the owner of the Pride & Joy, a retail shop in downtown Northampton, before joining Goggins Real Estate in 2008.

He’s lived in Northampton since 1986 and is very active in the community.

Mark’s commitment to the area shows —he’s a dedicated volunteer at the historic Academy of Music theatre, the Northampton Survival Center, the Northampton Chamber of Commerce, the Mineral Hills Conservation Area and AIDS Care/Hampshire County.

Mark enjoys working with both buyers and sellers, helping to navigate the complexity of any real estate transaction.

He lives in Florence with his husband, Steve Lucas.
